Sara Trageser is the owner and primary teacher of Mtn Green Dance Co. Sara was raised in CA where she started dancing at the age of three. Studying Tap, Jazz and Ballet she took a special interest in ballet. She was invited to join a ballet company at age 16. In high school Sara found her love for singing and musical theater. Her first job as a teacher was developing the ballet department of California Dance Co. (a prominent competitive dance company in northern CA.) Sara worked in CA as a teacher, choreographer, and performer at studios, high schools, and colleges for the next four years before moving to New York City. Once in New York, Sara was selected to perform with the USO World Troupe. Performing for the USO gave her the opportunity to sing, dance, and travel the world. During her travels she met her husband, a pilot with the United States Air Force. After performing with the USO for three years, she married and traveled with the world as a military wife. During her first assignment in Italy she taught dance classes to children and adults before deciding to take time off to start a family. After moving to Las Vegas and Korea, the Trageser family came to Hill Air Force base and fell in love with the area. Starting out in the Kaysville area, Sara had the opportunity to start teaching again. They then decided to build their dream home in Mountain Green where Sara looks forward to putting down roots and creating the dance studio she has always dreamed of owning.
